At Performance Pickleball, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Used paddles
- Used footwear
- Apparel that has been worn or washed
- Opened grips, overgrips, balls, and accessories
- Clearance, final sale, or custom-ordered items
- Gift cards
Demo Program
Demo paddles are not eligible for returns. If you purchase the same paddle after using our demo program, your demo fee will be credited toward your purchase (where applicable).
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos and additional information before processing a replacement, repair, or warranty claim.
Manufacturer warranties are handled according to each brand's warranty policy.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. We do not charge a restocking fee. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different grip size, colour, or product? Contact us and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.
