Where We Ship
Performance Pickleball ships to all provinces and territories across Canada. We are a Canadian business based in Ottawa, Ontario - no duties, customs fees, or border delays on any order.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD shipped within Canada.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package on the carrier website or through your account at performancepickleball.ca.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at performancepickleball1@gmail.com or 613-620-3956 and we will make it right.
